Quotes issued by V1AeroSolutions are valid for the period stated on the quote or, if no period is stated, for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to part availability, foreign-exchange fluctuation and confirmation at the time of order. All orders are accepted at our discretion and become binding only when we issue a written acknowledgement or invoice. Lead times, conditions, certifications and trace documentation are as set out in the quote or order acknowledgement.
4. Certifications and documentation
Where applicable, parts and maintenance work are released against the documentation specified in the order — for example, EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, Certificate of Conformity or repair report. Documentation requirements must be agreed in writing before order placement; documents not requested in advance may not be available retrospectively.
5. Export controls and sanctions
Aviation parts, technical data and services may be subject to export-control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and applicable EU and Romanian export-control regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in or acting on behalf of any party in a country or to any person subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that the goods or services will not be re-exported, transferred or used in violation of such laws.
