Do you supply a COC with every chemical product?
Yes. Every batch shipped carries a Certificate of Conformity identifying the manufacturer, batch number, manufacture date, expiry, and qualification specification. The COC is provided electronically at dispatch and a hard copy is included in the package.
Can you confirm a product meets a specification before I order?
Yes. We can confirm whether a product meets applicable specifications, for example, MIL-PRF-29602A Type I, D6-17487, AMS-1526C, AMS-1537B, etc., prior to order placement. All products are supplied with a Technical Data Sheet (TDS), where all applicable specifications and compliance details are clearly listed.
How do you handle shelf-life-limited products?
Shelf-life-limited products are managed through strict traceability and inventory control. We ensure that all delivered materials comply with the required remaining shelf-life at the time of shipment. Where applicable, we coordinate direct supply from the manufacturer to ensure freshly produced products with full shelf life.
