KEM KLEEN-379 is used in the aerospace industry for cleaning aircraft, spare parts, mechanical components, and engines. It effectively removes all types of contaminants such as oils, greases, dust, mud, soot, etc. It is safe for use on all metals, and its use is recommended only on polyurethane paints and enamel-coated surfaces, as it may affect acrylic and nitrocellulose-based paints.

Description

Application Method:

KEM KLEEN-379 is applied by spraying, brushing or dipping, either undiluted or diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part product to up to 8 parts water.
a) For heavily soiled surfaces, use undiluted or diluted up to 1:2 with water.
b) For lightly soiled surfaces and routine cleaning, dilute 1:2 to 1:8 with water.
c) For engines, spare parts, components, etc., use undiluted or diluted up to 1:1 with water.
Allow the product to remain on the surface for 15–30 minutes. Scrub the surface with a soft brush and rinse off with pressurized water.
For solidified grease or carbon deposits, the dipping time can be increased up to 4 hours.
