WATER DISPLACER meets the following U.S. Military Specification:
− MIL-PRF-81309H TYPE III
− MIL-PRF-16173E GRADE 3 CLASS I

Intended Usage:
WATER DISPLACER is used:
Where water or saline solution must be displaced from corrodible surfaces and the corrosion prevented or arrested.
For protection of metallic surfaces of machinery interior instruments, or parts under cover for limited periods.
For the protection of critical bare steel or phosphated surfaces for extended periods when packaged with suitable barrier materials.
Also WATER DISPLACER could be used for:
− Wet ignition systems on cars, trucks, ships, etc.
− Wet electric motors and starters in power plants, factories, shipboard, etc.
− Cutting tools, hand tools, micrometers and measurement instruments.
− Seagoing equipment and Outboard engines.
− Pumps and valves.
− Aviation equipment.
− Cleaning compound for bore of small arms and automatic aircraft weapons.
Directions for Use:
It is used in full strength by spray, immersion or swab. Allow WATER DISPLACER to dry to form a protective anti-corrosive film.
Product removal: It is easily removed from parts by solvent wiping, steam gun cleaning or alkaline hot tank immersion.
Caution: Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
